Right to withdraw

The purpose of Royskin snc is to ensure your complete satisfaction.

If for some reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may exercise your right of withdraw, without penalty, within 10 working days from the day you received the products purchased from Royskin snc is

The products to return must be delivered to the carrier within 10 working days from the date of receipt. Products can be returned by shipment of the package by the courier indicated by Royskin snc is (TNT and affiliates).

Conditions for exercising the right to withdraw

The right of withdraw (Dlgs 206/2005) can be exercised properly if they are fully complied with the following conditions:

• Products must not be used, worn, washed or damaged;
• Products must be returned in their original packaging;
• Products must be returned to the Seller in a single shipment. The Seller reserves the right not to accept products of a single order returned and delivered at different times;
• Returned products must be delivered to the carrier within 10 working days from the date you received the products.

If you have fulfilled all the conditions, Royskin snc will refund the full price of the purchased products.

The shipping costs for delivery of originally purchased products will not be reimbursed.

The return shipments, always with the carrier TNT and affiliates, are shown in section of shippings and returns.

In contrast, you will be contacted if your return will not be accepted because it does not meet the conditions above.

In this case, you can choose to get your products delivered again, to your expenses.

If you refuse that shipment Royskin snc reserves the right to retain the products and the amount paid for the purchase of products.

Time and manner for refunding

After Royskin snc has received your returned goods and checked that all requirements have been met, you will receive an e-mail confirming acceptance of the return.

No matter which mode of payment you used (credit card / paypal / postal pay / bank transfer), the reimbursement is activated by Royskin snc in the shortest possible time, within thirty (30) days from the date on which the Seller becomes aware of your right of withdraw, when satisfied that the withdraw took place under the conditions listed above.

The time period for return or restitution of the amount you paid for the purchase of products depends on the mode of payment used:

• Purchase by credit card or debit card: time to see the refund depends on the institution that issued the card. Please note that the value date of crediting the charge is the same, so it will suffer no loss in terms of bank interest.
• Purchase by PayPal: the refund will be credited to your PayPal account and will be visible immediately. The actual repayment to the credit card from your PayPal account depends on the institution that issued the card.
• Purchases by PostePay and Bank transfer: 3 working days
  The amount refunded will be credited upon your return will be accepted by the Seller.

Original Box

All products sold by Royskin snc come with original box, which is part of the property.

Please try the product without throwing away or destroying the original packaging.

The returns will be shipped via courier TNT and affiliates that will be contacted by Royskin snc after receiving the return form online; we want to remind you that the costs of return, as specified above, will be deduced from the redemption of items to be returned.
